Disco Forno Pizza Napoletana was established in early 2019 by Brandon and Karen Gervickas as a food truck, traveling all around New England serving at events from farmer’s markets to festivals to private parties. Using the freshest, most premium products, and a 800+ degree custom built wood fired oven, their Neapolitan-style pizzas and delicious Italian desserts quickly became a local staple on the Connecticut food scene, which encouraged Karen and Brandon to plant their roots as a brick and mortar pizzeria at Parkville Market.
